OVERVIEW

This workshop is designed for returning LFA students who want to refine and reinforce their skills beyond the basics. Training takes place on our private multipurpose range, offering dynamic, real-world scenarios that push you to move, think, and shoot under realistic conditions.

Attendance is flexible — you may arrive and depart anytime during the scheduled session and are not required to stay for the full duration. SLOTS AVAILABLE

• Returning LFA students with prior live-fire course experience

• Law enforcement and military personnel

• USPSA, IDPA, or IPSC shooters

COURSE OUTLINE

• Arrival & Safety Briefing: Check-in and receive a mandatory safety briefing from the instructor or RSO.

• Goal Setting & Session Planning: Define key focus areas (accuracy, trigger control, draw speed, etc.).

• Warm-Up Drills: Refresh fundamentals and verify optic zero (if applicable).

• Focused Practice & Skill Development: Work on selected drills, receive live feedback and corrections, rework techniques as needed.

• Debrief: Clean up brass and targets, review session takeaways with the instructor.

EQUIPMENT LIST

• Bring Your Own Firearms and Ammo: Handgun(s), 300+ rounds of ammo, eye and ear protection, targets. Optional: CCW, competition, or tactical gear.

• Rent from LFA: One handgun, 150 rounds of 9mm or equivalent, eye and ear protection, targets.

AMMO

• Bring Your Own: 300 rounds or more recommended.

• LFA Rental: 150 rounds included.

• Additional ammo available for purchase on-site.

PRECAUTIONS & NOTES

• Range: San Jose range included. Check in and sign the waiver at the gate.

• No Refunds: Due to range rental and setup costs, refunds are not available once registered.

• Course Info: A detailed email will be sent closer to the course date — please check your inbox.

• Safety Rules: All participants must follow RSO commands at all times. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
